Our best advice is to avoid high processed carb foods and go with ones that are packed with protein and (healthy) fat. The longer their body’s metabolism is active, the longer their brains will remain active.

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, pecans, and pistachios all contain omega-3s, a fatty nutrient that fuels brains really well. It digests slowly, which keeps their engines going for the long-haul.

Greek Yogurt: Yogurt is another good healthy fat that keeps you satisfied past 2:00 p.m. Adding some berries with yogurt adds fibrous carbs, which the body takes a while to digest, and keeps the metabolism going throughout the day.

Avocado: Like nuts, avocado contains a lot of fatty nutrients–all of which the brain uses to fuel its high processing power. Additionally, avocado is just plain delicious so why not purchase these for your hard working employees?
