Recently, we received a submission for a roofer. There was a tight deadline attached to the account, and so we were unable to go to one of our regular carriers who normally handles our roofing accounts. The insured needed a Pay-as-You-Go payment plan as well, which slightly complicated matters. We were able to reach out to one of our other “A” rated national carriers and through our contacts there, we quoted and bound the account and were able to meet the deadline. However, this carrier doesn’t offer Pay-as-You-Go. Through our partnership with Premium Pay Solutions, we were able to offer a customized pay-as-you-go payment plan. The insured got what they needed, our carrier got a chance for a new type of business from us, and we were able to strengthen our partnerships with both parties.
