We had a a hit and run incident at 5 am on the way to the hospital for my wife to have a baby. The person who side swiped us didn’t even think about slowing down. I called Leland Smith on a Sunday and they were so attentive to our needs and making sure everyone was okay.

The adjuster came out later that week on a Friday because fixing our car wasn’t the most urgent thing on our list(he said he could come as soon as we wanted.) Lance wrote up an estimate on our claim which looked great and we had a check in our mailbox on Monday afternoon.
